General Comments

Prep top and Lowboy cooler is empty and not plugged in today. Facility not prepping fresh fruit while under construction. EHS spoke with the shift manager, Matt Saylor today. Facility has multiple pieces of new equipment ( i.e. lowboy cooler and microwaves) that is not yet installed and plans to expand their menu. EHS advised to contact the Health department prior to installing new equipment or expanding their menu.
