15A NCAC 18A .2824(a). Floors and floor coverings in food preparation, food storage, utensil washing, toilet rooms, and laundry areas shall be constructed of nonabsorbent material and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed several floor tiles in the kitchen that were not securely adhered to the flooring. The center recently had the kitchen flooring replaced. The contractor has been notified of the issue and has been contacted to make the necessary repairs. -General comment. |
