General Comments

Inspection conducted with CPO Juan Pena. Flow meter was not operational. CDI fixed by CPO during the inspection and is within the flow requirement. EHS observed chlorine at 10+ppm. EHS recommends lowering chlorine level for bather comfort. Check automatic chlorinator calibration. PERMIT RESTRICTIONS: PUMP FLOW MUST BE KEPT BETWEEN 96 GPM FOR TURNOVER AND CANNOT EXCEED 138 GPM FOR PIPE LIMITATION. FLOW METER MUST REMAIN OPERATIONAL.
