The thermometer must be readily accessible. -Pf- *Observed - Establishments Max/Min thermometer in disrepair due to dead battery. PIC stated that new Max/Min thermometer shall arrive on tonight’s delivery truck.
A verification visit will be conducted within 10 days to ensure establishment is in possession an operating Max/Min Thermometer. |
