General Comments

General Comment - EHS and PIC were discussing about expanding the kitchen area. PIC is working on getting quotes to move a wall where the dry storage shelves are in the kitchen and expanding it towards the restrooms. PIC stated that they would close for a few days while the remodeling. EHS also recommended with expanding the kitchen area, getting additional NSF/ANSI cold hold equipment. Tall reach ins like they have now or also getting cold hold units with a prep table on top to have additional prep space. Please reach out to EHS for questions about NSF/ANSI approved equipment. General Comment - EHS and PIC also discussed needing additional shelving for dry storage/air drying racks by the 3 compartment sink. EHS recommended utilizing wall space for air drying. There are shelves that can be purchased and attached to the wall for additional air drying space. That would free up some space on current shelving units for storage. If PIC has any questions or concerns during kitchen expansion, please reach out to EHS.
