General CommentsNo utensils observed being washed today. PIC states all dishes will be washed on the unit, following the operations and when they have arrived back home (when unit is parked and not in use). Written procedures for their exact wash, rinse and sanitize process is on file and uploaded as an attachment to establishment on CDP.

CDI: fries inside basket discarded and basket placed in sink to be washed following operations. REHS explained why basket could not be stored on a soiled surface to PIC.
