6-202.15 Outer Openings, Protected (C): Outer openings of a food establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by closed, tight-fitting windows, solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors, and filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls, and ceilings. Noted a few gaps around the bottom of the door. Replace the weather stripping around the door. Repeat. |
