Permit condition that flow meter remain operable and read between 102 GPM for minimum turnover and 138 GPM for the restriction of the suction pipe sizing. Observed 101 GPM today, which is within the error range of the flow meter’s accuracy. Cyanuric acid tested at 68 ppm today.
