Inspection conducted with inspector Patrick Mitchell and maintenance staff Juan Merced. Inspection led by Patrick Mitchell. 17) Observed water puddle by pool in a low spot on pool deck. Maintain pool deck sloped way from the pool towards a drain with no standing water. Will require remediation if deck worsens or mold/algae grows. Ensure windows that open onto the pool deck are not cable of opening > 4”. Observed exposed and unprotected wiring for ground lights. Ensure all electrical connections are installed per code and all work is done by a licensed electrician. Intent to suspend issued 16) 17)
