4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. -P
Observed low chlorine sanitizer at 3-compartment sink- 0ppm. Facility has QAC dispenser on wall but in poor repair/dispenses inconsistently. PIC stated work order placed. EHS will return within 3 days to verify unit repaired and properly dispensing QAC sanitizer. Facility to make sanitizer solution by hand using QAC solution since no chlorine test strips in facility. VERIFICATION REQUIRED. |
