Pool built in 1975. Door to pump room not locked at time of inspection. No clear walking space around equipment. Chemical stored in pump room. Some water on floor around filter. Piping goes outside of equipment room. No drain observed in pump room. No backflow prevention on hose bib.
.2533(a) The equipment room door shall have a permanent lock and be kept locked when not in use by the pool operator.
.2533(c) Valves and controls shall be accessible to the pool operator at all times. Maintain 3 ft. clear walking space in pump room.
.2533(d) Pump room floor shall be kept dry and free of standing water.

.2534(2) Pools constructed after April 1, 2004 shall provide a separate room for chemical storage meeting Rule.2534.
