3-304.14 Wiping Cloths, Use Limitations (C)
Wet wiping cloths shall be stored in sanitizer in between use. The sanitizing solution for the storage of wet wiping cloths shall be kept clean (free of food, discoloration, debris, etc). The sanitizing solution was discolored and brown. If sanitizing solution is soiled it will not sanitize. Correction: education, sanitizer was poured out. Staff was educated on washing, rinsing and sanitizing the container before refilling or to use a different clean and sanitized container. |

The dumpster and recycle receptacles outside were open on the sides and tops. The receptacles shall be kept closed/covered with a tight fitting lid.
5-501.114 Using Drain Plugs (C) The dumpster plug is missing from the outside dumpster. Drain plugs are required in the receptacles. |
