3-201.11 Compliance with Food Law (P) (Pf) - EHS observed packaged bbq in the chest freezer. PIC said they saved it from opening day when they operated under their non profit exemption. Food must come from an approved source. Food made and sold during a non profit event can not be brought into the permitted concession stand or be sold in the concession stand. Using the non profit exemption must be done completely separately from the permitted concession stand.
CDI: PIC removed the bbq from the concession stand and now understands what can and cannot be used in the concession stand. |
