Observed a pot of bacon jam sitting in the hand washing sink at the start of the inspection. CDI-The jam was removed and placed onto the stove Maintain access to hand sink at all times.
Observed no paper towels to the hand wash sink. CDI-Paper towels were provided. REPEAT. |

Observed facility with chlorine test strips no longer in good repair. Owner also provided a brand new pack of Quat test strips but chlorine sanitizer is used on the truck. CDI-Discussed with owner about purchasing more test strips. Provided some strips for time being until more can be purchased. |
