15A NCAC 18A .1826(a) Handwashing sinks as required in Rule .1825 in this section shall be supplied with hand soap, and either individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.- Observed hand sink in the staff/laundry room without paper towels for hand drying. CDI- Paper towels provided at the time of inspection. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all time. |

5-501.111 Storage areas, enclosures, and receptacles for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be maintained in good repair.- Observed dumpster seems to be missing the lids. Trash was piling high on top. Ensure a good repair dumpster has lids, drain plug and door closed when not in use. |
