3-305.11 - Food Storage: Store food in a clean, dry location, not exposed to contamination. Keep at least 6 inches above the floor. Storage on the floor, there were water bottles, storage bags and other items on the floor, recommend a dunnage rack for under the front counter to allow for more storage. |
