Inspection conducted with maintenance supervisor Jimmy. PERMIT RESTRICTIONS: 1) FILTRATION PUMP - FLOW METER MUST REMAIN OPERABLE. FLOW SHALL BE MAINTAINED AT 67 GPM TO 100 GPM TO MEET TURNOVER AND FLOW RESTRICTION OF NUMBER OF RETURNS. 2) FEATURE PUMP - FLOW NOT TO EXCEED 62 GPM DUE TO SUCTION PIPE FLOW RESTRICTION. 3) PORTABLE VACUUM. 4) POOL NOT APPROVED FOR SALT AS PRIMARY CHLORINATION. 5) EHS TO HAVE ACCESS TO RESIDENT ROOMS THAT OPEN DIRECTLY ON TO POOL DECK DURING INSPECTION FOR VERIFICATION. NOTE: STARGUARD HYDROSTAT COVER IN DEEP END OF POOL. WALL DRAIN COVERS TIED TO FEATURE. APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING - 5/17/2025. Night swimming previously approved. Facility name change, now CAMDEN LOSO APARTMENTS.

KINGS III operator has different number in their system for callback number (912-873-0531). CPO tested this number during inspection and EHS confirmed 912 number audibly rings emergency phone. CPO had leasing manager print off new callback number to post onto the sign. No permit action.
