General Comments

OSV to pool for return construction and operating permit inspection. Construction passed. Holds released in system. Permit issued for no night swimming. Pool Permit Restrictions: 1)Filtration Pump Flow meter must remain operable. Flow shall be maintained at 67 gpm to 100 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of #of returns. 2)Feature Pump Flow meter shall remain operable. Flow not to exceed 62 gpm due to suction pipe flow restriction. 3)Portable vacuum required. 4)Pool not approved for salt as primary chlorination. 5)Doors must remain self-closing, self-latching around pool. All windows shall be limited at 4” that open on to pool deck. EHS shall have access during inspection for verification. 6) Sump pump is required. Note: Starguard hydrostat cover in deep end of pool.
