6-202.15 Outer Openings, Protected (C) - Kitchen door and window were left open during service. No bugs present. All outer openings must be self closing - add a self closing spring or mechanism to the door so it self closes.
Keep out bugs and people who are not supposed to be in the kitchen.
As the season goes on the bugs will become worse and you will have to keep the windows closed as much as you can. |
