General Comments
Conducted inspection with GM and CPO Brandon. Immediate suspension issued due to inoperable emergency phone. Call EHS Devon when repaired and ready to open. 7049981122. Deck pop repaired by replacing coping on right side of the pool. Windows on pool deck have limiters. Records not being maintained due to pool being closed. Ensure records are kept while pool is open. Feature flow meter 45gpm. Permit Restrictions: 1) Filtration Pump Flow meter shall remain operable. Flow shall be maintained at 68 gpm to 80 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction with number of returns. 2)Feature Pump Flow meter shall remain operable. Flow shall be maintained at 105 gpm to meet flow restriction of 2” return line. 3) Pool is not approved for salt as primary chlorination.
