4-602.13 Nonfood Contact Surfaces (C) Observed some debris build up on walk in cooler gasket, clean. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency to prevent the accumulation of soil residue. PIC showed where the work order has been put in and gasket has been ordered. No points today as gasket hasn't had enough time to come in. Points will be taken next time if gasket is not clean/replaced. Repeat |

6-501.11 Repairing - Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures - Methods (C) Observed some missing coving tiles by the WIF and by the dry storage room. Also observed wear/missing paint on the back door and door to dry storage room. Repair/repaint. Physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. |
