4-501.11 Equipment shall be maintained in good repair. Observed a leak from the condenser in the walk-in freezer. PIC states that it has been worked on multiple times but the leak keeps returning. The ice build-up should be regularly removed to prevent build up. Observed a large container under the leaking condenser so the ice buildup does not contaminate food. Observed rusted shelving on 3 comp drain board. Repeat |
