4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Condenser in cutting room found leaking. Leak is not effecting the operation of the unit. Leak is also not splashing on other surfaces, such as prep tables, food or single use items. Facility is easily able to maneuver around the cut room to avoid the leak. PIC states work order is already in and the whole pan will be replaced. |
