6-101.11 Surface Characteristics - Indoor Areas (C) Paint along light fixtures in dishwash area is in poor repair. Repair/ paint where needed. Paint walls in areas where walls are scuffed and repair cracks in walls where necessary. Also peeling paint observed over two compartment sink next to dishwasher. Ceiling is rusting also. Fill in around pipes in ceiling at Rinnai water heaters. Fill in around any pipes where there are gaps between pipes and walls. Wall painted over 2 compartment sink and walk-in cooler door. Continue to work on all other areas mentioned above. Workorder has been placed for these items per PIC. |
