4-501.11; Equipment shall be maintained in good repair. Observed leaks from new walk in freezer condenser. Food is protected from leaks with metal pans. PIC stated that unit was serviced and the temperature was adjusted to be colder recently after fluctuations in temperature. It is being serviced again within the next week to ensure compressor does not freeze up due to low temperature. Continue to monitor and remove ice buildup inside the walk in freezer. Repeat |
