**5-202.12 Provide at least 100F water at handsinks. Observed maximum water temperature at hand sink of 80F due to water being turned off.
**5-205.11 (A) A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. -Pf Observed that water was turned off to hand sink at beginning of inspection. PIC turned on water switch to allow hand washing. PIC stated that leaving water on will short circuit the truck as seen in the previous visits. Hand sink is still operational, but switch must be turned on to wash hands and turned off after handwashing. Repair so that water can be left on while in operation. Verification of repair set for November 18th, 2025. Email Kristina_Cala@OnlsowCountync.gov when repair has been made. |
