General CommentsFacility is a food stand; observed two outside picnic tables with 8 seats total. No indoor tables; chairs only. Facility is receiving unwashed produce; per permit and due to other factors will need to purchase prewashed produce. Discussed facility is making chicken salad, potato salad, pimento cheese, and cooling multiple items therefore will change to category risk 3. Pushcart has only operated one day in April 2026; will remain in closed status at this time.

(P) *During review records for facility; no septic files available for property. During original visit it was noted that facility is on septic; inspection sheet indicated municipal/community. Septic area is not readily accessible due to over growth. Septic tank is covered however marked with PVC pipes to corners. Owner indicated it is an old system and that their are multiple septic's on property. Owner/PIC thinks septic system serves hot dog stand, push cart, beauty, and florist shop. May have 3 lines for drain field (inaccessible). Facility will need to make septic area; including drain field easily accessible to ensure not surfacing. CDI - Will refer to onsite inspectors for further review.
