(P) *During review records for facility; no septic files available for property. During original visit it was noted that facility is on septic; inspection sheet indicated municipal/community. Septic area is not readily accessible due to over growth. Septic tank is covered however marked with PVC pipes to corners. Owner indicated it is an old system and that their are multiple septic's on property. Owner/PIC thinks septic system serves hot dog stand, push cart, beauty, and florist shop. May have 3 lines for drain field (inaccessible). Facility will need to make septic area; including drain field easily accessible to ensure not surfacing. CDI - Will refer to onsite inspectors for further review. |
