Food service shall be limited to only heating prewrapped food items such as sandwiches until sanitizer arrives and all food contact and prep surfaces are properly cleaned and sanitized, including items on the clean equipment shelves. NOTE- Manager is only allowed to order two bottles of sanitizer for each delivery. This does to allow for enough product from Thursday to Tuesday.
