Observed prep top unable to maintain TCS foods at 41F or lower with open gap between lids and heavy ice buildup. Verification set for 6-26-26 to ensure prep top is repaired or placed out of service for all TCS foods. Do not store any TCS foods in prep top until it is verified to be working by Onslow County Environmental Health.
