Hose faucet atmospheric vacuum breaker is only approved for backsiphonage events and is not approved for back pressure situations such as a hose with an attached/closed spray nozzle. Educated assistant manager and district manager on the attached spray nozzle not being approved and removed the spray nozzle to correct. Educate staff and let them know that the spray nozzle cannot be left on the hose after use. |

Some additional cleaning needed in walk in cooler as well.
**6-501.11 Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Walk in cooler door does not close tightly and has ice buildup on the bottom edge, repair door so that it closes completely and ice buildup does not occur. |
