Ensure that equipment is maintained in good repair. Items shall be free of cracks and damaged areas that may continue to break and could pose physical contamination risk to food if the item should continue to break. Observed large plastic bins with cracked and damaged edges, make edges smooth and free of breaks if they are not discarded. |
