**5-205.11 (A) A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. At the beginning of the inspection, EHS found that the sole hand sink in the facility was blocked by the container used to fill the container in the bread proofing unit. CDI: Container was removed and PIC agreed to wash container prior to next use and discussed hand sink expectations with PIC. - Pf. |
