Inspection conducted with CPO Kevin Obney. Observed pump set at 2350 RPM, flow meter at 120 GPM. PERMIT RESTRICTION - PUMP MUST REMAIN SET AT 3450 OR AT 117 GPM +/- 5% TO ENSURE TURNOVER IS MET. Not able to get access to unit 111 today. - PERMIT RESTRICTION - UNIT 111 MUST REMAIN ACCESSIBLE. DOOR SHALL REMAIN SELF-CLOSING, SELF-LATCHING WITH WINDOW LIMITERS ON WINDOWS INSIDE THE PATIO. - Intent to suspend item. Intent to suspend issued for not having access to unit 111.
