General CommentsTemperatures looked great today. Remember to frequently clean as necessary to avoid soil and food debris accumulation. Wash hands and change gloves when changing tasks or leaving the food preparation area.

Can’t get on the drain field for the overgrowth, and debris dumped on the drain field. Vegetation is too high to look at drain field on the waste water system. 6-101.11/6-201.11 Floors, walls and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Floors shall be non-absorbent in areas subject to moisture. The wall is deteriorating around the drain from the ice machine. Paint starting to peel around can wash walls. Back splash is missing at the wall where the utensil sink is. 6-501.11 Repairing - Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures - Methods (C) Observed towel dispenser in the bathroom hanging down and the toilet lid to the tank is broken in half and needs to be fixed. There is a drain in the bathroom that needs a drain cover.
