6-403.11 Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, and use tobacco shall be located, so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination. Observed employee drinks stored on shelf in the reach in cooler. Employee drinks shall be stored in designated areas away from prep surfaces. CDI-PIC moved items on lower shelf as a corrective action. |
