6-501.12 Physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
-EHS observed dust accumulation around the light ballasts and ceiling vents in the kitchen, specifically near the dish machine. Utilize dustless methods such as a wet rag to prevent contamination when cleaning these areas.
-EHS observed a few busted corner guards throughout the kitchen. Areas of notice were by the walk in cooler and by the dish machine. |

-EHS observed employee belongings beings stored on top of the bulk storage containers of sugar and flour. Ensure employee possessions are stored in a manner to not contaminate facility supplies. Items were relocated during inspection. CDI. No points today. |
