Pf ***In the commissary kitchen during the inspection, multiple PIC’s from different permitted mobile food units were operating in the same shared kitchen space at the same time (operations not properly spaced out with separate time slots). In the future, an intent to suspend will be issued if the space is being used by multiple mobile food unit PIC’s at the same time. CDI: Discussed proper operations with the commissary PIC. |
