5-205.11 Using a Handwashing Sink - Operation and Maintenance (Pf) Observed that volunteers had placed a crock pot in the handwash sink. Handwash sinks may not be used for any purposes other than handwashing. Educated volunteers and got them to remove crock pot from sink.
6-301.14 Handwashing Signage (C) Observed that the handwash sink does not have a sign. Handwash sinks shall have signage reminding staff to wash hands. Gave sign to be place at hand wash sink. |
