(E)(4)(a,b) - Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned, and sanitized per manufacturer instructions (Core) - Ice machine shall be cleaned at a frequency to preclude the accumulation of soil or mold. Ice machine has mold forming on upper margin of tray. Clean as necessary to prevent mold formation. *REPEAT* |

5-103.12 Provide water under pressure to all fixtures.-Pf Hot water was not available at the handwash sink in the restroom. When I turned the faucet to hot water side, nothing came out. EHS asked PIC if there was any hot water working in the employee restroom, and he said he turned in a work order to maintenance, and they are supposed to be coming by to repair the issue. PIC stated that when the hot water valve is turned on, sometimes it won't turn off at the faucet - it just runs continuously. CDI - PIC turned hot water valve on, and at the moment, it was working with adequate pressure and I was able to turn it off at the faucet when finished. |
