Permit Restriction: Flow meter shall remain operable. Flow shall be at 50 gpm to 100 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of filter and number of returns. Note: Emergency phone cannot be called back from cell phone. Use hard line to verify callback. (C. Elmore tested the call box and it worked properly with the MCHD cell phone) Main drain covers expire 9/27/28 Pool is not approved for night swimming.

Observed body hook to have been removed from the pole and replaced with a cleaning net. Do not disable the lifesaving equipment, it cannot be modified for other purposes. Observed the ring buoy throw rope to be rotted to the point where it broke when handled. A new rope was obtained and affixed with the proper 22 foot length.
