General Comments

OBSERVED NEW MOTOR FOR FEATURE PUMP. MOTOR SWAP MUST HAVE ELECTRICAL PERMIT AND INSPECTION WITH MECKLENBURG COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT. OBSERVED THE FEATURE PUMP TO BE A HAYWARD HCP20203 PUMP 2.7 HP ON A 2 HP MOTOR. WHAT IS ON THE APPROVED PDSC FORM IS A HAYWARD HCP20153 1.5 HP PUMP. THIS IS NOT AN APPROVED CHANGE. THE NEW PUMP MUST BE RECORDED ON A PDSC FORM, SUBMITTED TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR APPROVAL, AND APPROVED. THE BUBBLER FEATURES WERE TURNED OFF TO AVOID CLOSURE ORDER BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. THEY CANNOT BE TURNED BACK ON UNTIL THE NEW PUMP AND MOTOR ARE APPROVED. PROVIDE WHATEVER RESOURCES ARE NEEDED TO MAINTAIN POOL IN PROPER CONDITION, INCLUDING CLEANING THE POOL AND MAINTAINING THE DECK. GPM FOR FEATURE WAS 110 GPM AND FILTRATION WAS 75 GPM
