Observed potty chair in the restroom. Informed director that the restroom would need to have a spray rinse toilet or a utility to properly clean it. Can not be cleaned in the handwashing sink. GENERAL COMMENT
**15A NCAC 18A .2817 (c) If potty chairs are used, they shall be located and stored in a toilet room equipped with a spray-rinse toilet or utility sink. Potty chairs shall be emptied, rinsed, cleaned, and disinfected after each use. |
