4-501.11 - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment: Observed that the door hinge for warmer #4 was loose and beginning to break. Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted.
The PIC put in a work order to have the door fixed. |
