3-202.18(A)(1)(E) Shellstock Identification (Pf) - The shellstock only dated back to 4/3/26. Shellstock tags shall be kept on file for at least 90 days. Discussed this with the manager on duty and they stated an employee had cleaned out the locker they keep the extra tags and had accidently discarded the older tags. |
