Manager had employee properly make an ice bath during the inspection and the boiled eggs cooled from 72F to 50F and minced beef was cooled from 71F to 60F in 30 minutes. One of the containers of puree was still barely touching the ice and it cooled from 71F to 68F in 30 minutes.

Manager stated they got the chest freezers due to their walk-in freezer giving them issues.
