6-101.11/6-201.11 Floors, walls and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Floors shall be non-absorbent in areas subject to moisture. Replace worn away grout near middle floor drain and back by the dish machine.
6-201.16 (B) In areas that are not used for dry storage, concrete blocks, porous blocks, or bricks used for indoor wall construction shall be sealed, smooth, nonabsorbent, and easily cleanable. Repair damaged wall tiles by the office door.
