If employee changes tasks they shall wash their hands before putting on new gloves for food handling.

Keep personal phone stored in a manner that it does not contaminate single-use articles, equipment, utensils, or food. Employee removed phone and discarded parchment paper during inspection. Recommend getting timers in kitchen instead of using personal phone.
