3-304.15 (A) Gloves, Use Limitation (P) - Observed employee handle raw frozen breaded chicken tenders with gloves and they put bag of chicken tenders back into walk-in freezer. Once they got out of freezer they removed their gloves and washed their hands. Ensure gloves are being removed after handling the raw tenders immediately to prevent cross contamination. Handle of walk-in freezer was sanitized during inspection. |
