Cleaning is needed to the ice machine with heavy black build up present.

However, bottom of prep cooler is holding TCS foods at 41F and had air flowing. Will return to verify by 4/19/2026.

Have the low 1-door freezer repaired or removed from the premises if not going to be utilized.
