The slaw containers were not processed today. No air thermometer was present, but after approximately 70 minutes of conducting a walkthrough, the inspector's air thermometer read 39 F right across from the condenser, but little air flow was felt around the sides of the walk-in cooler. Manager stated that an air technician was present today to asses the walk-in cooler's condition, and to order parts. Manager stated the technician is schedule to return on 6/23/2026.
